How do I get support?
Existing schools can submit a support ticket directly through their portal. You can also contact our team by phone or email, or book a support session for more personalised assistance. We aim to respond promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
What are your support hours?
Our support team is available Monday to Friday & Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM (AEST). We are closed on Saturday and public holidays. For urgent matters, you can submit a ticket and we will respond as soon as possible.
Do you offer ongoing training?
Yes, we provide ongoing training beyond the initial onboarding phase. This includes access to tutorials, feature updates, and support sessions as needed. Our goal is to ensure your team continues to use the system effectively over time.
